The internet retail business, which was only a fraction of the 5 BILLION DOLLAR industry it is now, was booming! People were rushing to use the internet as a tool for selling and marketing goods. Regardless of how AMAZING the jewelry was...not to mention EXPENSIVE, it was almost impossible to photograph!

I wanted the best photographs for the business possible. Tiffany.com had AMAZING photos, but making images like Tiffany.com was a fantasy. Even when I wanted help from the best photography suppliers, they talked about these people like super heros. They existed, but no one knew who or where they were.

I said numerous times to people I worked with that even 5 minutes with one of the Tiffany photographers would be worth THOUSANDS!

I knew the value of competitive photography. After months of work, and VERY hard research, we began to improve our photography because of the information we collected.

Immediately after new images replaced old ones on our web site, sales went WAY up! Working EVERYDAY to make better images paid off and was one of the most rewarding personal experiences I have had.

THAT SUCCESS is the very reason I started ImagingPrep as a photography consulting company. I knew that I would be supported by the jewelry industry if I set out to share and help businesses.

One on one consulting and training was unheard of 3 years ago. “You do what?”.

After many, many, many, success stories, I branched out to the internet to reach more people and be more productive in developing my product: LOADS OF INVALUABLE INFORMATION TO SHARE.

I used to think of the internet as a place to develop a “site”. ImagingPrep.com is not a “web site’. That word irks me. ImagingPrep is a way for me to communicate with businesses who want to improve their image, and ultimately, their business.
